landscape of Lagos do Sabor as a context, the activity begins with a general briefing on the procedures for cleaning and maintaining the material.<\/p>\n<p>The pedagogical progression of this intensive course was designed to take someone without any experience in this modality to a practical level of comfort in the SUP row, based on the cognitive and motor acquisition of the following objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentation and explanation about the material to be used;<\/li>\n<li>safety rules;<\/li>\n<li>placement of the upper limbs in relation to the oar \u2013 how to scale and hold the oar;<\/li>\n<li>knee paddling technique \u2013 front shifting, braking and turns;<\/li>\n<li>body placement technique in position <em>Stand Up<\/em> and rowing;<\/li>\n<li>technique of getting back onto the board;<\/li>\n<li>forward travel, braking and turning;<\/li>\n<li>continuous paddling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end, there will always be a debriefing related to the activity where the essential points for the continuity of the SUP practice will be highlighted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\"
